Most commercial clients book us for a regular slot — two or three times a week, or nightly if the space is heavily used. We'll do a site visit first so we understand the layout, the priority areas, and any specific requirements (waste handling, security procedures, restricted areas).

Deep cleans take longer than a regular visit — typically two to three times as long, depending on the size of the property. We'll give you an accurate estimate based on the number of rooms and the condition of the space.

End of tenancy cleaning is its own discipline. It's less about making a property look and feel clean, and more about passing an inventory check. We work to the standard checklists that letting agents use, so nothing gets missed and there's no reason for a deposit to be held back.
For landlords, we can prepare a property between tenants so it's ready for viewings and moving day. For tenants, we provide written confirmation of the work done, which we know from experience helps when a deposit is disputed.
