You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or restrict their use of the site.
Everything on this site — text, logos, images and layout — belongs to Qrean Limited. You're welcome to read and share it, but not to copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the actual requirements turn out to be different (bigger property, more rooms, condition worse than described), we'll let you know before starting, and may need to adjust the quote accordingly. Bookings are confirmed in writing.
For us to carry out the work safely, you agree to provide reasonable access to the property, water and electricity, and to tell us about anything that could affect the work — pets, alarms, fragile items, restricted areas, and so on.
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Regular cleaning arrangements are flexible — no long contracts, and you can pause or end the arrangement with reasonable notice.
We're fully insured and take care in everything we do. If something is damaged during a visit, tell us as soon as you notice and we'll look into it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to our insurance cover. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.
We hold public liability and employer's liability insurance for every job, every visit. Details are available on request.
We may link to other websites from time to time. We're not responsible for their content or how they operate.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
